My children are not able to use their Webkinz accounts. I have tried all of the tips that I have been able to find hear and I really appreciate everyone that contributed them. However, none of them have worked for us.
I have emailed and used the phone number provided in an attempt to contact Ganz to no avail. I have left messages with no call backs. We assumed at first it was a problem with the website but after only 2 of my 3 kids accounts were "temporarily unavailable" I figured there was a problem and located your website. If I have somehow posted incorrectly I apologize I am not familiar with this, I am just a frustrated Mom trying to get her kids back on with their pets that they have spent a significant amount of their money on.
I have never dealt with a company that has no communiction. My only recourse unless someone can give me some other ideas is to file a complaint with the Upstate NY Better Business Bureau. Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you.
I wouldn't call the Bereau. GANZ is having to cope with some other problems. Including lock outs, H/H/H drops, and many other things! I would just wait to be called back. Ganz is doing everything they possibly can at the moment.
Yes, I agree. Maybe your problem is that your children adopted pets on their account? Right now, that is a big problem right now. Adopting a pet right now means that you could totally be locked out of your account. Ganz can reset it, if you can get ahold of them, but only that. For now, make sure not to adopt any more pets until WI hears word that the glitch is fixed. Also< WELCOME TO WI!!
once I thought I wa slocked out for 2 days, but someone here told me to click on a different log on link near the bottom of the main sign in page and that got me on instantly...good luck! It would be nice if it were that simple, huh?
I understand your frustration we have three accounts with the H/H/H problem which is getting better after following Justins' instructions on the front page.
I also have another account which I recently adopted a new pet and I can do everthing except enter my room. It logs me out immediately. I still haven't been able to open my new pet's gift. Or take care of my gardens.
And then our other 2 accounts are fine.
I wrote an e-mail to Ganz and received the phone number and code to enter to get someone to call me back but they haven't yet. It's been a day and a half, so I will try and call them again tomorrow.
My point is we are all having the same issues and they will fix them or their company will lose business. So it is in the best interest of everyone to have these problems fixed.
I know it is hard with small children. To keep them happy just redirect them to a free site like club penquin, disney.com. ect. I'm sure other parents can list more for you.
