Default Unanswered: Please help!

I just need to know how i can do this. I adopted a Signature Panda today, i was really excited, I adopted it on to an account that was given to me about a year and a half ago by a neighbor girl, who has long moved away and I have no contact or a way to contact her. She only had one pet on it and I have put about 30 some webbies on there now.

Ok back to the panda, after logging her in when I went to play with her and open her gift she got stuck in the room that has all my christmas trees in it and the room loads all the way up to loading chrecters and won't go any further then that, so i went threw the customer service button to report pet stuck well i put in all my info and the pet code and it says the records don't match, so it is needing her birthday and email and I have no way of getting that butit is my account now.

So does anybody have any suggestions I can try to get my pet unstuck or what i can do. Thank you all very much.

Mby call ganz, and it might be a glitch that the codes don't work so speak with them over the phone, and they can maybe help! xD hope i helped!

Tell them that you didn't put in the right birthday for safety issues when you talk to them on the phone, they will except that answer, also, they don't ask for email when you sign up so you are good there.

This is a real tough one. I would bet that your best option would be to call customer support (1-866-932-5469). However, bear in mind that, legally, as far as Ganz is concerned, this is not your account, in other words, you are not able to provide proof of original ownership/answer account related questions, and they MAY be unable to help.

Thank you everybody, i was really trying to not have to call but looks like i will have too, i was just hoping that there was just an easy way of getting her unstuck.

If you call them they won't ask for your birthday, email, or pet code. They'll only ask for your user ID. I also don't think it's against policy to give an account away as long as no one is making a profit. There has to be a way to update your personal info and email address. I would ask them that too and in just that way.

I agree with AnthonysMommy the only information I have ever been asked for is my WW ID so if you are not 18 you might need to have one of your parents call for you. Good luck and I hope you are playing with all of your pet soon and especially your new friend the Signature Panda.

While you are on the phone with them make sure to ask if you can update your info. You have the tags from the ones you entered, so that proves it is yours. Any tag will work.

One time when My pet got stuck I had to log off and wait a while and re- log back in again and then everything was fine (the pet was free again).

But this only happened to me once.
