I'm so sorry about this problem. This happened to my friend. You can clear your cookies to see if that will help. This is just a typical Ganz glitch. If the clearing your cookies doesn't work, you can always contact Ganz. You can contact Ganz at Support@Webkinz.com. I have heard that Ganz isn't exepting emails anymore. If that happens to you, use there phone number. 1-866-WEBKINZ * 1-866-932-5469. I hope this helps your glitch. It seems to be happening to me as well. I'm just going to be patient and wait for a while. It's just a normal glitch and as Ganz said in the letter, they are working on them. Hope you (and I) get my page up and running soon!
