I am sorry maybe 6 is different, I am running 7. Let me think on it and see if I can find another solution. Are you running Vista or XP? You could always do a system restore to before you installed the update. That would take your computer back to the time before the update and it won't delete your files or anything. Just any system type changes that were made. I've had to do that before as well after installing certain updates.

Yes if you can get 7 that might help. Maybe that Flash update was meant to run on 7?

Hey that is all that matters right I am running XP on one of our computers and it runs IE 7 fine, I would recommend that you try to download it

I my Lord...this is awful. I can't stand it when the site is down for maintance. I would lose it, if I was unable to use it at all. I would reccomend calling adobe first, I don't know their number, but I am sure it is somewhere at the main site.
If that fails than I would call Webkinzworld if none of the above suggestions have worked. Now I don't have the number for Webkinzworld, but I do have the number for the Webkinz estore, and if you call my guess is after you have explained your problem they would give you the right number to call...the number for the estore is 1-800-724-5902 etx.2905...you want to speak with Lisa...her EXT # is 2905. She is a very nice woman and if she is able, I am sure she would be happy to help you.

Since you are having a problem with IE6, you might try downloading Mozilla Firefox. It is a very good browser and often works better than IE in Webkinz World. It runs just fine on older computers with Windows XP. If you Google "Mozilla Firefox" you will find the download links.

Click on this it is a Firefox loader link...see if you can get on through that way...sometimes that works

Hi I am now having problems. I can not even get to the log in page or customer support page.

I t says

Internet Exploerer cannot Display Webpgae
or
Navagtion cancelled

I am becoming very upset now because this has been going on for a few hours
now...is this what you were/are experiencing?

If not does anyone have any suggestions?

The site is not down for maintance.
I don't know what to do...the rest of my computer is working just fine.
