I know this has been addressed before but does anyone know how to get in touch with "a live customer service person" at Ganz. I had never had any problems adopting a pet on the first until this month and yes, you guessed it, I didn't receive the POTM bag. I have gone though all the steps of contacting Ganz (emailing and phone calls) and finally received an email with a "service code" , man was I excited!!! But, this morning when I called and entered the "service code" it took me to the same option of leaving my name, phone number and reason for calling, man, was I upset!! So if anyone out there knows any other way of getting in touch with Ganz and being able to actually speak with someone, I would really be grateful.

Well, I just called and was able to speak with someone who directed me to customer service where I left a message again, this time with someone named "Joel". Thanks again and I hope I am one step closer to receiving my POTM items. I have learned my lesson about adopting a pet on the first, don't do it!!!

This happened to me this month too. On both my accounts! Luckily, I've had to call Ganz before, so I have a direct email and number from the person who helped me. She calls back or emails right away. She said that a lot of people did not get their POTM gifts Jan 1st. She put mine in my dock for me, and even let me choose which two I wanted! If Joel doesn't call you back, PM me and I will give you this other number. Good luck!
I am sure that Joe will help you and when you get Joe find out how you can call him directly next time. I finally got someone to help me with the forest charm tiara and she is very nice and helpful. I am sure you will get your loot bag and even be able to choose which prize you want.

I just wanted to say Thank you to everyone who responded to my problem. I have been able to receive my POTM items and have learned my lesson not to adopt on the first. I was told to wait until the 4th or 5th to adopt and you can bet I will follow that advice!!!
