Default Unanswered: pictures on WI

Ok, so I've read many, many guides on how to post pictures here on WI. I just use paint then attach it in my post because I don't really trust sites like tinypic. However, each time I post a picture, it says some of my memory space is used up. Is there any way of clearing your attachment memory? Also, when you DO use sites like tinypic, does that take up any of your allowable memory? (If it doesn't I might have to give in and use it...) Thanks in advance everyone!

I suggest Tinypic. I don't believe it takes up any memory space, and if it does clearing your cache should take care of it. It's been my uploading site for two years and I've had no problems. (:

It doesn't take up any memory space.
This is how I do it:
You save the picture to your computer
Go to tinypic.com [photobucket and imageshack also work]
Click "Browse..."
Select the picture
Click "Upload"
Wait for it to load
Find this box with 4 different codes in it [IMG, URL, HTML, ect]
Right-click "Copy" and "Paste" the IMG code into your post
Submit your post and the picture should come up

Good luck.

Awesome, great job. (:

When you have it in Paint, you can crop it so you just get your room in the picture and not your whole desktop. (;
