Default Re: Pet sleeping Question :)

Unless you are affected by the new point lowering glitch that drops your HHH you do not need to put them in a bed.
Some of mine have never been in a bed and they are perfectly fine. Some I put to bed every day after I am done playing with them.
Some rooms I have 4 pets living in. They take turns in the bed.
I really don't think it matters.

Nope, nothing happens. I think some of my pets haven't slept in, like, a year... nothing bad happens to them, don't worry. It's a virtual world, therefore food cannot go bad, pets cannot die, and they cannot get sick from lack of sleep.

This is a great question and one I recently researched. From what I can tell, putting pets to bed will stop their HHH drain when you have them selected. If you do not have a pet selected as the active pet, it's HHH bars will not decrease no matter how much time has past.

Hope this helps!

Unhappy Re: Pet sleeping Question :)

I hate to disagree with all the Insiders that are much WW savy than I. But, one of my granddaughters had quit logging into WW. After a few months and a gift of a new Webkinz from her Meme, we logged in to find that the one pet not in bed had low scores on every level. The others (in bed) were exactly as we had left them. We had to take the pet to Dr Quack. After some games and food, she was as good as new.

My granddaughter got a message from WW that reminded her to always put her pet to bed before she logs out.

I've only noticed that my pet levels seem to go down faster if I don't put them to bed. I always try to either put them to bed or leave them up with another pet "talking" or something fun. I know it sounds crazy but I think their happiness levels stay up if they're not alone.

Nothing ever happens! I only put my pets to bed when i'm bored, and they never lose they're energy or health. They still have bedrooms, though!

That pet was probably the active pet the last time she had been on and the active pet can get low.

I used to put my active pet to bed before logging out but noticed no difference if I left them awake during log off...I just make sure my pet is full HHH before logging out and noticed no change to any of my other pets regarding HHH whether I use them or not...Anyways, I don't think it matters if you put the pet to bed as long as you log out before exiting Webkinz
