The first thing you might try is clearing your cache and your cookies from your browser. This will often fix a glitch with webkinz. Also, there is a problem if you have Real Player that often causes glitches, I can't recall exactly what it is since I don't have it, but if you have Real Player, that could be the problem, too.
If that doesn't work, you can send a message to Webkinz through the Customer Support link on www.webkinz.com and go to the area that says I have something stuck. Then choose the item about having a pet stuck and fill in the form using the information you used when you signed up. Make sure to watch the birthday because it's in a DD/MM/YYYY format.
If that doesn't work, I suggest you can GANZ (not Webkinz) Corporate office at 1-800-724-5902, press 0 when the recording comes on and ask for a Supervisor in Webkinz. If you are persistent and speak to a supervisor, they will give you your POTM item and I think even the kinzcash. Just don't give up. Many people have had the same problem and been given their items.
