Default Unanswered: POTM Pug - Frozen...help?

I adopted my Pug yesterday and silly me, didn't count what number he would be and he was 65, so I got my bonus bed box, but no POTM gifts. He did come with the PSI & PSF. I figured it was my fault for the glitch. No big deal.

But now today, he won't move! Everytime I switch to him, the welcome banner shows up (Ta-Da!) and he is frozen. I can switch to other pets and move them, but he is stuck in a adoption portal or something. LOL.

Any ideas? Without calling Ganz..... I already called them about no POTM bag and got NOWHERE.....

Thanks in advance for any help!

The first thing you might try is clearing your cache and your cookies from your browser. This will often fix a glitch with webkinz. Also, there is a problem if you have Real Player that often causes glitches, I can't recall exactly what it is since I don't have it, but if you have Real Player, that could be the problem, too.

If that doesn't work, you can send a message to Webkinz through the Customer Support link on www.webkinz.com and go to the area that says I have something stuck. Then choose the item about having a pet stuck and fill in the form using the information you used when you signed up. Make sure to watch the birthday because it's in a DD/MM/YYYY format.

If that doesn't work, I suggest you can GANZ (not Webkinz) Corporate office at 1-800-724-5902, press 0 when the recording comes on and ask for a Supervisor in Webkinz. If you are persistent and speak to a supervisor, they will give you your POTM item and I think even the kinzcash. Just don't give up. Many people have had the same problem and been given their items.

If calling isn't for you then you do have to fill out the form the was posted in post #2 to have a "stuck" pet fixed.
DId you get a call back on your PoTM problem or just didn't get anywhere? PM me if you still neeed help I may be able to help. take care.

Sorry I didn't get back to update this sooner. After switching between pets multiple times (what the customer service recommended while I was talking to them), it finally popped up with the POTM bag. Unfortunately the bag was empty, as many have reported on here, no prizes and no kinz cash. The pet is unlocked and able to move around now, and I did get my adoption gifts and my superbed box.

I am still waiting on a call back for the potm problems. I have filled out the form and left 3 messages. I'm pretty frustrated because out of 4 pugs between my account and my sister's we only got 2 of them to work. I'll update this thread if I get anywhere getting the potm gifts.
