My sister adopted her hippo shortly after midnight on the 1st and got her loot bag with no problems. I waited until the 3rd because I had been reading about the problems people were having, and I got an empty loot bag. The customer service rep I spoke to was super nice but didn't say anything about not being able to help again. I'm a bit concerned for next moth as well though...

I haven't had any problems, so I'm not sure what to tell you. I will wish you luck however. I know there was one time when it showed the 0KC and empty loot bag, but after a little bit everything showed up. I think there was a Please Wait... involved. Have you tried waiting a while? I wish I could be more help.

This is a glitch,it has been happening alot to many different people.However,I dont think there are any times of the day that is better.Maybe during school hours,but I'm not sure if thats possible for you.At least you got those 2 gifts.If they wont award you your gift you better make them.Tell 'em you paid for that hippo and your getting your gift.Ganz needs to keep their word:you get a gift when you adpt it and if it's POTM you get a bonus gift.You can use that statement right there against them

We had the same problem with our hippo POTM bag. Totally empty. Whe I finally spoke with someone at Ganz, they said taht it had happened quite a bit, and in the future, to wait until later in the month to adopt the pet of the month. (Almost defeats part of the purpose.) We have adopted many before, but this is the first time we have had problems. My daughter was devestated! The Ganz rep did also state that this was the only time they could help. That if it happened again we would be out-of-luck. Great. Now I'm totally paranoid. I already have the polar bear, but I'm not sure what to do.

Just wanted to update anyone who might still be checking this thread... I finally spoke with a WW customer service rep (after playing phone tag since late last week) who awarded my my coupon, wish token and POTM item... I expect they awarded KC and food as well, I just have too much in my dock to know what I got.

Her recommendation was the same as many of you have mentioned... to adopt later in the month... the 16th and 18th are pretty late (oddly, I had no problem with one I adopted earlier in the month)... she also said it could be a glitch when I asked if that was a possibility.

I also put out there the idea that maybe we were only allowed to adopt one POTM per account, and she assured me this was not the case.

She did note that I had been awarded items previously, but said nothing about only being able to award missing POTM items one time. So, guess that's it, for me anyway, 'til I see how my adoptions go in December.

Thanks to everyone who posted with support, common experience or suggestions. I very much appreciated it.
