I am also having problems with the POTM loot bag. I did get the regular box that comes with all adoptions and the room. But I didn't get the additional "loot bag." Am I correct, is there supposed to be two seperate items to open when you adopt a POTM? I only received three items, a bag of food, a wallowing tub, and one other small thing. The balloon came as well. I did get a table that is an exclusive item, but it isn't in the "Pet of the Month" section. It is the gemstone table. Could that be my POTM item? I also got the pug last month and I got something similar with it. Or I might be thinking of something else. Anyway, if I had gotten my loot bag, I would have received something that is under the "Pet of the Month" items at the W shop, is that correct?
Your having a glitch happen on your account. Contact Ganz. If they don't fix it just remember that next time you should wait a few days after the pet's the POTM so that you don't like not get a POTM Item.
you should have gotten a POTM item. and yes when ou adopt the POTM, you get a normal lootbag with the psf, psi, and exclusive, but you are also supposed to get a POTM lootbag that contains a POTM item, wish token, kinzcash, and other things like that. if you didnt get that, you should try to contact Ganz by calling them. You dont ssem to get your gift if you just email them. i will post their phone # in one second

I recieved the POTM loot bag but when I opened it, it was empty. No money, no wish token, no POTM prize Does anyone know if they are open on weekends. Should I try calling now or wait until Monday and do they have certain hours?
I tried to call them and their hours that are stated on the recording are only Monday through Friday, unfortunately.
But what I don't understand is that it says to email them. And if you have an email that instructed you to call them then you are supposed to punch in the number they gave you. Should I not go ahead and email them and then hopefully get a code to punch in?
Any time I have ever called them I have never gotten anyone, only a recording. And the recording says that if you leave a voice mail it will not be recorded.
Have any of you actually called the number that is listed and actually gotten a live person without having emailed them prior to calling them?
I adopted one pug on the 12th of October and one on the 31st and did not get the loot bag with either. I have sent a message to ganz and am waiting to hear back. REALLY hesitant to adopt hippos because of this and all the problems everyone else is having.

If you can't get through, go to the e-store site and follow the customer service prompts there. That is how I got them to call me back this last time.
