Angry Unanswered: POTM problem - Ganz email

I sent in a form yesterday that I did not receive any POTM items like I was supposed to. This is the email reply I got back from Ganz:

"Hello,

Thank you for your question regarding missing or lost items/Kinzcash.

While it is not a regular occurrence, missing items/Kinzcash can be caused by a momentary ‘hiccup' in Webkinz World. First, please try to log out of your account and then back into your account. Missing items have been noted in accounts that may have items stored improperly (items blocking doorways, overloading rooms excessively with items). For more information on how to store items and decorate rooms correctly please refer to the Webkinz Guide, which can be found in the 'Things to Do' menu once you log-in.

Please be advised that, as stated in our User Agreement, the website and all materials contained on it are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Any lost or missing items resulting from a minor anomaly on the website will NOT be awarded. For more information please refer to the User Agreement located on the main Webkinz homepage.

We are aware that sometimes technical problems do arise while using the website and we continue to address these issues. Our technical team works very hard to not only fix problems as they arise but also to make sure that once an issue is identified and fixed, it does not reoccur.

We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused

I logged in and I don't have the POTM items. Should I just give up? I am pretty frustrated...

Don't give up! They don't normally fix problems by email anymore. Your best option is to call them to speak with a Customer Service rep that can take a look at your acccount and see that you were not awarded your POTM gift bag. (Providing you did adopt a pet of the month yesterday? )

Actually the pet wasn't from this month... But I did adopt it during the correct month when it was POTM. Does that affect anything? Did I wait to long to contact them?
By the way I did try all of the things suggested in that stickied topic and nothing worked.

If you adopted a pet during the month it was pet of the month you should have gotten a 'Loot Bag' on the day you adopted it. If it hasn't been too long, I would reccommend calling to see if they can still check it out and award you the POTM gift. It depends on how long it has been whether or not they will correct it for you. In any case, I would give it a try. The worse that can happen is that you are in the same boat you are in now - no POTM gifts. If you don't try, you'll never know

Don't give up, try calling them instead. But before you do, just check all your rooms and your dock again

I am sorry that Ganz did not help you. Filling out the customer service form does no good because you just get a standard reply back. If this happens again do not hesitate but call them just as soon as you can. That is the only way to get any results for a problem like this. The only thing on customer service that works is the stuck item form.
