I have never had this happen to me either until this morning,I didnt get the loot bag either,so does anyone know that if you call them will they give you one or did I just buy it and put it on for nothing...thanks
I didn't get my loot bag either. I also think they should wait until after the 5th or 6th to have POTM activities if they want us to adopt POTM pets. I have emailed them again. They are usually very helpful when I email them.

We wanted the w-shop coupon, so I went ahead and put it in anyway.
We've always adopted on the 1st of the month, and this is the first time we've had an issue! I emailed them, and I know they are pretty good about giving the loot bags after the fact, so we'll just wait
I agree they should not put the pet of the month activities on the first day if they are aware that there is a glitch with the loot bags
They may put POTM activities for those that already have that pet registered- I registered a bulldog on one of my accounts months ago-- although I do not get a POTM loot bag I can do the activities- --
Just a followup to our earlier post about no POM loot bag.
Even though it is a holiday, we emailed about our no POM loot bag and got a return email asking us to call a specific number. The number is automated & says you should not call that number...unless you were given the number & an extension. The extension asked for specifics of the problem and a contact number so someone can call us back within the next 24 hours...
