Yes... many members have been having problems. You might want to call GANZ, they are no longer accepting emails...
There is sometimes a similar problem with exclusives, and months later you get a bag, but for POTM, I'm not sure.
i talked to a rep from ganz on friday last week and they said that if people had a problem with the POTM all they had to do was call and they would check out the account to see if the PSI was received and if it wasnt they should be able to help them. i cant say that the rep was telling the truth or just trying to shut me up. but my best advice is to give them a call. it cant hurt. anyway i hope this helps
