I am so frustrated right now with Ganz. We put our POTM on our Asain account on the 4th and we got nothing for the Exclusive Present, then the next day we got it and it was ZEROkc and that was it. I emailed (since you can't call) and got a code to use to call in with and left a message.
Then yesterday we put on the POTM on our US account and the same thing happened.
So I emailed and am waiting for a response, I am assuming with another code to call in.
has anyone had this happend and did it get resolved? I have a very unhappy child right now. And I am frustrated.
Some people have been having luck with getting their POTM items from customer service. One member got the pet code reset so it could be entered again. If you get a response that "they can't help you" then ask to talk to a superviser. Some of the new reps don't have the ability to give out "missing" items. Let us know what happens when they call you back. Good luck.

When they call you back, have them take care of both accounts. You don't need to wait for another code.

I had the same exact thing happen. I also have an Asian account and an American account. I however did not even bother e-mailing them. I just went straight to the phone call. I am waiting on a call back....I just called on Friday afternoon and I didn't realize that there is a holiday (Monday is a Canadian Holiday) So, hopefully they will call back on Tuesday and I can get this issue resolved. Like you, I am upset about it.
