| | Unanswered: POTM Cow Adoption Problem
I adopted the POTM cow about 1 1/2 weeks ago. When I went through the adoption process, I was immediately kicked off of Webkinz. I logged back on, went back to the Adoption Center and it said that my code had already been used. I looked at My Pets, and my cow is there, but he isn't in any of my rooms. Also, I didn't receive the POTM gifts, the normal adoption gifts, or the Kinzcash. I emailed Webkinz at email@example.com but have heard nothing from the technical support staff. Does anyone know the customer support phone number? Do you have any other suggestions? The last tech support issue I had took 6 weeks for a response.
