That same thing happened to us last week. We emailed ganz thru the webninz questions page, and they told us to call them directly. This is what they wrote:
**In order to further assist you with your issue, we will need you to call 1-866-932-5469, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time and provide more information. Please have your account information and secret code handy for account verification.**
I have not had time to call yet, but will in the next few days. My son was so upset, and looks every day to see if his POTM prize is in his dock.
