ok everyone. the day after the whoel gardening thing came out i got on my account and i had an extra 5000 kinzcash.

i had read somewhere in the bulletinz that if you every find a large amount of kinzcash that you didnt earn on your accoutn contact them immediately.

so i did. i went under contact us and told them the problem.

after 2 weeks that hadnt worked. they didnt remove the 5k kinzcash and i was impatient.

do i spend it? i kept thinking.

but i didnt want to risk losing my account so i came here.

someone told me there was an email i could email them with. they said it was support@webkinz.com

i emailed them that way and told them the problem AGAIN and told them to PLEASE email me back so i knew what i should do!!!!!

well that was a long time ago. everyoen keeps telling to to be patient....patience is a virtue...

ive been patient long enough!!!

so today i finally snapped!!!!! i bought some of the stuff from the wizard them.


if you subtract the 5k kinzcash that i didnt earn i only had a total of 21 kinzcash LOL so when i bought the wizard theme i was left with around 2100 kinzcash.


was this a bad descision?


my main question that i hope someoen can PELASE answer is:

is there a number i can call to talk to an a wekbinz official about the problem? i dont want banned!!!!

if i must i can earn it back on quizzies...but i need a phone number to call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!

on a thread i read a whiel ago someone had called some guy about the problem. how do i reach that guy????

I have tried to get in touch with Webkinz and Webkinz support on a number of occaisions.. ( in the last 8 weeks) .I don't think it exists anymore...I would love to know if anyone has gotten a response lately.

Morganannie is right - don't worry - apparently they know that many people got extra cash - lol wish I was one- and that it was their fault, therefore everyone who did (after the gardening incident anyways) was allowed to keep it

Actually, I had a very pleasant experience with Ganz Technical Support today. My daughter never received the PSI when she adopted her panda. After 2 emails and a bit of patience (they took 3-4 business days to reply to each of my emails) I finally got a phone number and customer support code to talk to a real person. Within minutes the very nice man had confirmed she never received the Ming Fridge and then sent it to her dock!

Way to go, Ganz!
