I honestly think there have been enough WI members having this problem that maybe Justin could address it directly with Ganz? I do believe that's the only way we'll get a clear, consistent solution for all of us. At least perhaps it could be posted in the Breaking Newz article so that people are forewarned...
Oh. I feel so bad for you! I would wait until Ganz replies. If they don't respond to the email, then maybe you should give them a call. Once I bought a webkinz and the secret code was used, so I called Ganz and they gave me TWO secret codes to make it up to me!
Update - Monday, October 27th Well, news, but not good news for me. After four unanswered emails and three phone calls I FINALLY spoke to someone. According to the supervisor of the eStore I have to re-purchase my Purple Monster. The Purple Monster will be available on Wednesday and Friday of this week. My credit card was "authorized" and not charged. If you view your order status and it says "pending" this means you have to re-order your eShop item. According to the supervisor the 'glitch' happened because too many people at one time were ordering. She could not give me my monster and assured me that no one has received their monster without paying and I had no other recourse but to wait. I asked with all the 'glitches' and inconsistancy in customer service, why would I continue to buy Webkinz. All she could do is appologize. As an additional note she said I could have the same problem again. but they were working on it. Now what do I do?
I received a call from the eStore Customer Service today, as well - and was told the EXACT same thing! (Wonder if we spoke to the same young lady? lol Mine was Lisa.) Anyway... she did say that if I wanted to purchase another Purple Monster on Wednesday - that I could call her while I'm actually placing the order... Because - yes - it could happen again.
She just told me the Purple Monster would be offered again Wednesday (didn't mention Friday) - although, there are no guarantees, it could change.
She did absolutely guarantee that NOBODY is receiving 'free codes' - anyone who did get a code in an email was charged for it.
So??? I guess if I were you I'd go ahead and try it if you really want one... If it doesn't work - you won't be charged. (According to them, anyway!)

I did go ahead and purchase one along with the Piano the other day - and, the order went through A-OK. Considering getting one for my dd on Wednesday, but, not sure.

I'm sorry for not reading the whole thread but my friend got a reply when she didnt get her code that she did not get charged but that the monster would be back this week and to watch for it....I would think that Wednesday would be the day since that is usually the Estore pet day.
Just wanted to let you know that they emailed me a code for the purple monster that I purchased but didn't receive a code for. So for all of you having the same problem, I hope you have the same luck I did.
