To follow up I received what I think might have been an automated response from Ganz. It says that my card will not be charged. I veiwed my card online and the charges are there with no credit pending.

Did anyone that bought one get a code????

I think you'll be able to find the codes on your eMail, correct me if I'm wrong...
Try calling GANZ is their lines are open, but they may be closed on Weekends. Hope you get your monster!!

Since what angelgurl said I would think do what she says and if in a while it does not come DEFINATELY contact people. They would definately give it to you if it ihas you in the E-Store history. JUst keep your fingers crossed!!

Make sure you're spelling Webkinz with a "Z" and not an "S". If you use a "7" at the end instead of a "9" you'll get an odd phone message about directory assistance.

When you see "Processing" your order did not go through, therefore, your credit card hs not been charged. That's what happened to me. Ganz also confirmed this when I spoke with them.

You could also contact your credit card company or check your account online to make sure that no charge has gone through.

Hope you don't miss out on this.

When "Processing" means that your order did not go through, therefore, your credit card will not be charged.

I had this problem and this was the case for me and confirmed by Ganz when I double checked.

So you don't miss out on the Purple Monster try contacting your credit card company and see if they can confirm that there is no charge.

Thanks, javagirl - the same thing happened to me. I posted the email response I got from the eStore Customer Service earlier in this thread...
The order says 'processing' - but, my credit card HAS been charged. The email from them said the charge for the Purple Monster should be taken off by the credit card company once they realize the discrepency...
Anyway - UGH!
This has happened to quite a few people. In my opinion, Ganz should refund the money AND give us a Purple Monster code for all the hassle this has caused. (And, according to a couple of people - that's what they did in the past.)
We'll see!
I am happy for all those that had no problem. The Purple Monster is just TOO cute! And I love the names people are coming up with...

It usually take 1-3 days for GANZ to email the code, so just be patient!
