I had this problem several months ago when the charm codes were first available in the estore. I purchased 6 charms and only got charm codes for 2 of them. The order when I looked in order history said processing. When I contacted the estore support about it (couldn't get them until Monday, of course ) they told me that my charge card would not be charged for the order. I wasn't happy because I wanted the charm codes, but they couldn't give them to me. What ended up happening was that my card was NOT charged for the charms and a week or so later, the code was actually e-mailed to me! Hopefully you WILL eventually get your purple monster code, whether or not you are charged. But, I do know that you will not get charged if you do not get the code. I know that's not the answer you want to hear... you want your pet! Best of luck...
I just discovered this thread after posting one of my own about the same problem... sorry this is happening to other people as well. You'd think that if Ganz were going to have these 'Wowzer Weekends' that they'd have support staff available over the weekend to fix all the 'Ganzful Glitches' that come along with them!
A few members have reported the same thing happening, but all said they got their codes within a day or two. They are just swamped with e-store orders. Be patient and you will get your codes soon enough.

Same thing has happened to me...first problem I've had with the estore (and I've bought pretty much everything but the charms!) I always go to "print codes" first, too...and make sure I get an email with the codes before I close that page. But this time when I went to the "print codes" page it read "there are no codes associated with your order". And then I got a code email that had all the usual info...except the code! I don't know if this will be fixed automatically, because on their end it looks like they already sent me something. I've contacted them via e-mail...and now I wait!
THE GOOD NEWS is that other problems I've had have always gotten fixed eventually. I just got my pet of the month items this week after not receiving them on the 1st with my pug. I had to call a couple times, but they finally called me back and fixed it. They are probably as unhappy as we are when these things happen!
I'm sorry to hear that there are problems with the monster. I was thinking about purchasing the monster (it would be my first e-store purchase), but now I'm a little wary about doing so. But I do want the monster. Hmmm. What to do, what to do?
I just ordered my purple monster and I had no problem. That is the only thing I ordered, as I was lucky enough to find all the charms when they first came out I printed out the code right then and have also received my email. Hope that ya"ll are able to get this straightened out. I thnk the webbie is so cute! I will adopt it on Halloween, when I adopt my bats. And I will use the monster under the bed for its room.
