My hamster rollercycle is stuck in the doorway to my garden. I try to get in it, but I just end up going into the nearby room. Please help! That thing cost 3000 mazin' moolah. Thanks!
Did you clean your cache out in your computer. Also, I was told by Ganz if there is to much in your dock that could cause issues. I try to keep under 300 items in the dock. Sometimes that helps, if they does not work you may need to call Ganz. Hope this helps.
With one pet, 1.Go out the door with vehicle stuck. 2. Come back in that door, don't enter the room. 3. Go somewhere like front page. 4. Then go back to room. Your pet should be able to ride vehicle into room now.
With 2 pets: Follow steps 1 and 2. Step 3. Bring up pet menu and pick a pet 4. After that pet has loaded re-pick first pet. Your pet should be able to ride vehicle into room now.
It has been awhile since I've used this but I'm pretty sure that is the right way.
i had that too and since then i won't take a vehicle out of that one room where i have all of my 29 vehicles. i am too scared that they will stuck again. but somehow one day it wasn't stuck anymore and i didn't know what to do before and left it there. so if it was Ganz

Try going into another room, and then going back into the room with the doorway that your vehicle is stuck in.
Leave your pet in that doorway, log off of your Webkinz, and then log back on again.
I had this problem many of times and i think there are some great suggestions posted that i don't think i can add any answers that work that i haven't already tried myself
