Default Unanswered: Outraged customer, no answer from GANZ.

I keep trying to call GANZ to complain about the issue from the US customers, and every time I do, it says that the call couldn't be completed. I'm calling from the US, with a new LG enV3 with 3 bars on EV and 3 bars on 1x. I tryed both numbers, one for the New York Office, and one for the Head Office. Is anyone having this issue too?

Not sure why it'snot going through but it is a holiday at Ganz. Do they take Holidays or are they available 24-7

It didn't take me to voicemail. When its a holiday, they keep their voicemail on.

It's Good Friday. they are probably trying to enjoy their long weekend. The Us issue could just be a legal thingy. We have to wait and see.

There is also the possibility that the message box is filled up with complaints. There is over 308 MILLION people in the United States alone now, and 6 BILLION in the world. There's no doubt in my mind that when you have people all over the world calling and complaining, that it'll fill up and possibly short circuit the boards.

All this said - This is a different perspective: I think that we shouldn't raise a huge stink about the promotion and be as outraged as what I'm seeing here.

Before anyone says this - Why you may ask?

Well - the more people complain about this, especially as bitterly and being as outraged as I'm seeing here, the more Ganz will think "If they're going to complain, we're not going to cater and keep doing this."

They could effectively STOP any and all giveaways outside of Canada because it'd be seen as a waste of their time creating these fun promotions and the like - saving the data people time and grief. If it got really bitter, such as one suggestion on this board which was closed, Ganz might just shut the whole thing down. They have other items for sale besides Webkinz, and they already have the money for the pets in the stores (the businesses have to pay for the toys that are in the store), so they're not losing anything. Do we really want to risk it for a bunch of pixels - and harm other stores if Ganz decided to go to that extreme (and we know they have a right to)?

So, my suggestion is when you do get to call and address your issue to Ganz with your disappointment, be sure to address it in a civil manner. Otherwise, we might never get the chance to do these games again - be it America or another country.

I will admit - I only got a Dwarfs outfit thanks to trade and these clothing items don't bother me - but I know others it does. So - I hope my suggestion helps out everyone in the long run.
