I would LOVE to know if these stayed showing once you've logged out and back in.....
Hey vb ~
I tried that - and when we logged back in, notta. And I've taught my kids to be sure to send thank you notes & /or gifts to all who respond with help for the Challenges, and to anyone who sends them a gift or note, and sometimes, they forget if they sent one to 'so and so', and now they can't go back and say 'yes, I sent a package to that person'... hard for the kids to keep it all straight (hard for their parents, too, sometimes...)
Hope it all gets straightened out. But I know my mailbox would have a LONG list if it still showed all of my history.... perhaps they had to draw the line somewhere and just start over... Kind of like 'clearing your history/cache' on your comp tidies things up a bit...
Thanks, Bankskinz - good to know. I've been taking screenshots of all my packages out and most of mine in for almost a year now, but would vastly prefer to have that KP record. Wish they'd fix it but seems unlikely now that more are breaking.
If they gave us the ability to choose what to keep or delete, it would help greatly.
I could see recently read mail in December, but in Jan anything after October was gone.
I, too, had some waiting to be sent thank yous/gifts, and that was frustrating.
