Bummer! Well, you'll definitely need to contact ganz about it. Wait until Monday (they're only open on weekdays...business hours) and give them a call. If you are under 18, have an adult call for you. The phone number is 1-866-WEB-KINZ. Listen thru the whole message and even though it says you cannot leave a message, you can. Tell them what the problem was and leave your contact phone number. They should get back to you shortly....It could be up to a week before you hear from them.

I would try not to email them if you don't have to. They tend to take a long time to reply and when they do finally reply it's just a standard form letter that doesn't really help you much.

Your not alone this happen to me today around 5 pm when I put in my new I did not even get a gift box to open, there is a empty spot in my dock ware it is supposed to be. Now I cant even enter my other pet because I am afraid the next one will get lost too.

I have emailed Support@webkinz.com and I am going to phone them first thing Monday morning at 1-866-932-5469.

I will keep in touch and let you know how it goes.

I now have my account fixed I used the Email method the phone method did not work to well got no reply.

-First go to the customer help section on the sign in page
-Then go to I have something stuck.
-Then go to my question does not appear
-Type a short note about your problem.
-Wait for the Email to come,anout 2 days- reply to this Email with the information bellow.
-This method only took 4 days to clear my problem,
- if you have not fixed your problem yet. I hope this will help you get it fixed fast.

Account code: this is the code that came with your very first pet

First name of user: you
Pet Type: the one you have the problem with(poodle)
Secret Code: of the pet you are having a problem with (poodle)
Sequence Number: This is under the bar code

Place of purchase: Give the address ware you bought it

Issue you are having: just a short note.
I found that taking a picture of the empty hole in my dock and sending that in my Email I did not have to explain as much. they knew just what to do to fix the problem.
