Default Unanswered: Okay, I've looked at all this stuff about clearing caches but I still cannot see any of the new stuff!

Okay, well my browser is still cached (and yes I have looked at all the cache related threads), I can play duck crossing see the caring valley themes but the W shop still has their xmas items- tried to take advantage of this but they said I couldn't buy them since they were retired. So what do I do? I've refreshed, I've deleted browsing history, I've waited and I've logged on and on. But I still cannot see the new kids theme! HELP!

Thank you but I'm sure I can do this myself, anybody know how to clear caches?

hmm thats really odd, mine didn't do that! i would suggest calling ganz as well! but you will have to wait untill monday 9-5 to call them!

Clearing your cache doesn't always work...
You can either not call Ganz and wait, or wait till Monday and call Ganz if it still doesn't work...

On Dixie's thread regarding the updates, there were a lot of people that were not able to see the new items yet. There is speculation that it may be related to the server you are on. If you've already cleared your cache mutliple times and tried a different browser, you may have no choice but to contact Ganz next week if it isn't resolved.

Clearing your cache will not always work, just give it a little patience and if it STILL doesn't work, call ganz customer service number: 1-866-WEBKINZ

sometimes it helps to shut down and restart after clearing your cache.

I believe there is a server issue and certain servers hav not been updated.

The good news is while you are waiting you can still buy the old Kids Theme and the Santakinz theme for you and your friends !!Still haven't seen the bubblegum machine and book shelves show up in the curio shop yet. *hint*

I have tried everything also. I went and used a different computer that has firefox on it and my mints were there. As soon as I went back on my pc they were gone again. I don't know whats wrong either. I have cleared the cache like 10 times now. Temporary internet files, browsing history, everything you can think of I deleted. I've shut down my pc and turned it on again many times. Loged in and out of webkinz, nothing works! I can say on the other pc I used where I saw my mints the old kids theme was still there and so was the christmas. So that didn't seem to be an issue on that pc anyway.
