This will be my first time. I always gave stuff some time to work itself out. On 3 of my accounts, we can not access KC+ clubhouse. We can do the park and regular KC, but no clubhouse. It has been about 3 weeks now and has gotten more important since school is out for summer. LOL.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Who has the good Ganz number? I am a grown up and know the rigamarole involved in customer service. And yes, we have cleared our cache, reboot and all that stuff. Thanks in advance.
Hi, kinznewbie. I'm sorry this happened, but glitches ALWAYS have to happen in Webkinz World to some of the nicest people. Since you have tried clearing your cache and rebooting the system, have you tried another browser? If not, then go ahead.

My sympathies. I have been failing classes and employment jobs, losing trades, etc. all week long. I always thought it was my computer, but I just don't know anymore. I spend more time waiting for things to load than actually playing with my pets. It is so very frustrating!
