We had noticed the welcome banner when the pet arrived took a long time to go away, we had to go to a random place and go back to the room. I'm thinking the problems have something to do with the Halloween additions.

I didn't even get a bag. I tried everything to no avail. I called Gantz but they have not called back yet. I will call every day until they respond.
I had a problem when the lil pig was the potm. Eventually everything was awarded to me. I contacted Ganz to let them know about the problem thru the e mail. A representative contacted me, there were many people with the same problem, so it took a few weeks. And everything was awarded to me. Patience is the key. I have had very good experiences with the customer support. They have all been very nice. Unfortunately, there have been a few times where I was not able to get my missing item, because there are the few people who try to scam Ganz into giving them items they do not deserve. But on the most part, I have been happy with the "fixes". They did tell me once, that they only fix one problem at a time., so don't adopt more pets until this one is fixed. Also, they told me my problem was I adopted multiple potm on one day.( Three lil pigs, lol) She said to only log in one potm in a day. Hope your problem is resolved.
Lets keep this thread active as WE never recieved out items for our PUG POTM and my son was VERY upset. If you get your problem resolved, please post back here. I have emailed them, so far just the standard automatic reply to let me know they recieved the message. hmmm
There is an unpublished Help number at Ganz that seems to produce better results when you have problems: 1-800-724-5902. Press 0, tell the operator (live person if during business hours) that you are having trouble with your webkinz account, and you should be connected to live person.
Folk on WI haver reported more success using this number than using the email/,message system.
Good luck! I'm sure they will sort it out. These days if we are adopting a POTM I wait until hearing on WI that adoptions are going successfully. Every time they do major updates it seems to mess things up.
just so you know i adopted a POTM Pug yesterday morning after clearing out my cache and cleaering history in my internet explorer (just so that i could log into ww) and i actually did get my wish token and potm prize.
i hope nobody else gets ripped off.

I adopted my pug today and got everything just fine!!! I got my loot bag. I got 857 kinzcash, Wish token, and Newton's Giant Cradle (one of the stupidest P.O.T.M items but I can't really complain.) I can't pick a super bed because that freezes my whole webkinz screen and then I have to log back in but other than that I am fine.
