Unanswered: not receiving webkinz holiday gift baskets?
for the last past year i would say i have not received the hoilday gift baskets i tried contacting webkinz about the problem that didnt work, and yes i do log in when they say too. does this happen to anyone else? is there a direct email to webkinz where they could possibly help? since they can not reply to the one that is in the webkinz world. thanks
I have missed gifts for my own birthday and anniversary of my account, but I've never missed a holiday gift before. I have a US account and am on Pacific time, so I always log in right after midnight kinztime and get my gift then. You need to be more insistent with Ganz. It took a bit for me to get my birthday and account anniversary wish tokens.
That is really too bad that you have not been getting the gifts. It's always nice to get a little surprise for your webkinz.
I would try calling ganz - the number is in one of the stickies at the top of the forum - and leave a message, explaining exactly what is happening. Hopefully someone will be able to help you, and will be able to award you at least the Easter present. Hopefully you will be able to receive the gift baskets in the future
I'm sorry you're not receiving your gifts. Try calling this number: 1-866-932-5469. It will say you can't leave a message, but if you wait you'll be able to. They usually call back within a day or two. I hope they correct the problem for you. Good luck!
