I'm peeved! I understand that Webkinz is a huge site with many visitors and many accounts. I understand that there will be problems, technical glitches, etc. But what does Ganz do about them when things happen? I've written to customer service/tech support in the past and I got a form letter in return that said the same thing no matter what the problem was "we're working on it..."
Well, those of you who partake in the Charm Forest know how insanely difficult it is to locate a fairy with a charm...and oooh when you find one with a key...wowsers! It's like you've struck gold! Today, I had such an experience. I found a fairy with a key, I located a door, and voila, 5 pixie pods to open. I received the following: 2 coins of 100 KC, sap glop, and two charms (one of which I had already). This is where the peeved part comes in...
I clicked on my charm box to look at the new charm more closely...and it wasn't there! PLUS I did not get 100KC for the charm I already had (which is the way the game goes). So, I logged out and ,logged back in...still not there.
So I put this question to all of you...what should I do???? I want that charm more than I want the 100 KC. Heck, I deserve it for all my hard work and searching in the Charm Forest. Any suggestions would be most appreciated...and any specific way to construct a strongly worded message to tech support would also be appreciated.
I hear ya, ladybug...but I wouldn't consider this a lost charm...I think they refer to a misplaced real world charm and not a virtual one. Afterall, it never made it into my charm box and that's not my fault!!
I can't seem to locate the Webkinz tech support/compaint e-mail. Would someone be so kind as to post it here?
