I got this message from Webkinz after I reported an item stuck in my door and just stuck. My question is... is this normal to get a message like this?

I got this too and went to the trouble of filling it out only to have nothing happen but another form email. In about 24 hours, you normally will see the item in your dock. The last time I had flowers and teapots stuck with a funky girl table when I log back in the following day every teapot bouquet of flower and table I owned were sitting in my dock. It took me about an hour to figure out where all of the items went. So it does work to send in the request through customer service.
