neesa is an unknown quantity at this point

Default Unanswered: none of the christmas items are available in the W Store in my account

When I click on the 'new' tab in the W store, only the cafe items are there. The Christmas items are under the themes or the regular categories either. Has this happened to anyone else?

Have you cleared your Catche? If so, You should be able to get Access to the Christmas Items. If you still don't see them, Try calling Ganz!

Someone else started a thread about this same problem. Be sure to clear your cache. If you've already done that, you could try a different browser and see if that helps.

Hm... you can try flippin' a couple pages, maybe the Christmas Items are mixed up with the Coffee Theme on the next few pages.

Or, try clearing your cache. Some WI Members provided the link for you, just click there. You can try refreshing your page as well.

Log in and back out. It may just be a glitch, and the next time you log in, everything will be back to normal.

Lastly, if you can, use a different browser

I would try clearing your chache and then if that doesn't work call Ganz. Here is the link,for How to Clear Your Cache, especially after Webkinz updates!!

First off, try to clear your cache. If that doesn't work or you already tried that, then I would call GANZ. I hope this helped. (:
