My son found his last charm and should have his tiara. The box openned but nothing in the dock. I have E mailed Ganz because we are in the UK and cant just phone. This is their latest reply:

In order to further assist you with your issue we will need an adult over the age of 18 to email us with their full name and phone number (If you are located outside North America, please include your country code and area code).
Also, when replying to this email please provide us with the following details so that we can better investigate your issue.
-First name of the user
-Sequence Number (This is printed on the top left side of the opened Webkinz tag or on the back of the tag, below the UPC code on the tag. This number could be up to 15 digits long) If trading card – not applicable
-Place of Purchase (Store Name, City, State)
- Issue you are currently experiencing

Was this for the first series of charms (Fairy Falls) or the 2nd series (Magic Mire)? For the Magic Mire, after I found my last charm, I got a pop-up awarding me the tiara (the tiara looks like leaves). I am not sure if the process is the same for Fairy Falls.
You should look in the glitch report section and see if anyone else has a glitch report about this. If they don't then perhaps you should create a glitch report.
It's unfortunate they require all that info when inquiring via email. When I call on the phone, all they ask for is my ww username. Then they log onto my account and fix the problem while I am still on the phone. Usually takes a few minutes. When we lived overseas, we were able to buy phone cards that made calling the states relatively inexpensive. Don't know if they are available in the UK, but we had the in Switzerland and Australia. It might be worth buying one of those and using it to call Ganz to get the probelm solved quicker and easier.

Hi, it was the first set. The tiara is pink and jeweled.
Sorry about the blue, I didnt know.
Maybe it is best to just fill in their form (the best you can) and email it back to them. I hope they call you or just put the tiara in your son's dock.
I didn't see a recent glitch report about this problem. I know people were having a problem with it in the past.
You are right that they should just fix this glitch and you shouldn't have to worry about it. It is so hard to find all of the charms. I know it takes some people over a year of searching 3 times per day in order to find all of them.
