Well, my Deluxe "expired" this month, but my dad has given me automatic account renewal. SO, there is none of that "overlap" time between the end of my old 6-month membership and the start of my new one. However, I did not receive my Monthly Deluxe Gift or any eStore points. What should I do? I haven't told my dad yet because he'll get upset and go call Ganz to chew them out. Ideas? Explanations?
Have your dad call Gabz and ask them nicely what the problem is and they should rectify it. Also if you go to the estore and then go to the bottom and click on customer service and there will be a form you can fill out to tell them your problem.
