For everyone who is no able to get in try this, it worked for me:
Clear your internet browsers cache, then go to webkinz.com and reload the page before you log in (hit the F5 key). Then after logging in try the curio shop again. Hope this helps!
For those who don't know how to clear your cache if you use Internet Explorer and have the new tabbed version: Click on the "Tools" button near the top of the window on the right hand side. Then select "Internet Options" then where it says "Browsing History" click on the "Delete" button... then select the "Delete Files" button listed under "Temporary Internet Files".
