Not there and I hear other stories of others not getting it. It will either come late or tomorrow or we all call Ganz. Thanks for your help. I tried everything and no gift.

Same here. No gift. Tried re-logging, but not actually rebooting. I'll have to try that later... i guess if it doesn't work, we'll just have to call ganz.

This is exactly what happened to me. After three attempts I was finally able to log in but there was no Christmas gift box or any other notifications. I tried other browsers and checked repeatedly throughout the day. I finally emailed support and their response was that I need to call in and provide more information. I'm not sure it's even worth that time and effort. lol If I call and they put me on hold in an effort to get a virtual gift..... I think I will feel rather silly.

i just off the phone with ganz, and i gave them the names of the accounts that did not get the present............. they were very nice and awarded each one.
they did ask which gift i had picked as my special one..............so i tried real hard to remember, but if you can't remember you can pick one of them to be awarded.
i was glad that i had today off from work. they were very nice and helpful.

Didn't get mine either. My dad's sick and so therefore cannot talk to anyone, and my mom's at work. I wish they wouldn't make it so hard to get a simple gift.

i am sorry about your dad being sick. i hope he feels better soon. if your mom gets home before 6 pm she can still get through.
if they would put it BEHIND the daily care award box, it wouldn't come up till you do that activity. that would make it easier to get!!!

Well, the gifts aren't going to come on their own. Calling Ganz is the only way; which I just did and I got my gift. The line was busy for 10 tries, but keep trying.

I'm sorry to hear of your dad and your situation hpharrypotter. I hope it works out.

They are in today and very helpful. My DD's account didn't get the Christmas gift and the rep was very helpful about the situation. She was able to place the entire gift box in her dock so that she will get all the holiday goodies.

This happened to many of us yesterday. Convenient or not, a phone call to Ganz was all it took to get it placed into my son's dock this morning. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and although it took a number of busy signals to get through, it was worth it
