No Birthday Mail?

Hi everyone. Has anyone else had the problem of not getting their birthday mail? One of my daughters didn't get hers, and I didn't get anything for mine, either this year. My other kids have gotten theirs.

that's so odd! i haven't heard anyhting about that. maybe you could (if you haven't already) contact ganz using cosomer support, or calling someone at ganz about it. i hope you and your daughter get your birthday mail!

That's weird! I'd say the only thing to do would be call Ganz.

thats so wierd! i got mine and my b-day was only a week ago. I would call ganz.

My daughter's birthday is today and she did not get her birthday email either. I just signed in to find out about that too. If you find out anything please post.

Our June birthday did not get his birthday mail, but oddly enough, received the "it's my birthday" badge. So we know we put the birthday in correctly when creating the account. Other family members have received theirs. Maybe we should have called Ganz, but we didn't.

I haven't had my birthday yet.....
but i have had pets birthdays, and I've gotten letters for that.

thats odd i do know i dont get my bday mail on my bday becasue when i registered i put it i s mmddyyyy but ww wants it as ddmmyyyy so maybe you accidently mixed it up like i did and youll get ti later (i get mine about a month later thank my bday)

I think I got mine in March, I don't remember. You could wait, or call Ganz. On a
lot of stuff I just suggest waiting on them- if you call them it probably won't do
any good. Some of the reps on there aren't so helpful.
