I went to the estore and to the "contact Us" portion and sent them a message yesterday afternoon about not receiving the 3,000 holiday bonus points. This morning I checked my email and there was the email from a ganz customer service rep with the extra points. If anyone has not received the points, I recommend doing this, I received the points within 12 hours of sending them a message.
