BlueCow is an unknown quantity at this point

Exclamation Unanswered: New user needs help desperately!

When i login i enter username and password. I tick the box "terms and conditions" and then click continue. I then keep getting "javascript:loadES4();" . I have attempted to empty my cache and delete Temporary internet folders. I have also downloaded an update of Java but i still keep getting the same message.

PLEASE HELP!

I would try restarting your computer.
It could just be a problem with your computer.
If the problem still persists after a few days, I would
try contacting your computer provider.

try clearing your cache.

wait a few hours and if it works, well, yeah it works

if not, maybe give it a day and then talk to your internet provider

1. Webkinz runs on Adobe Flash, so you need to upgrade that. . .not Java
2. You have to scroll down all the way to the bottom to be able to accept the terms
3. Make sure that in the nav bar "fos=1" and that "aol=0"

make sure you restart after you updated your software. make sure got latest version of your browser. Plus make sure your accepting pop up for the site. a pop blocker could be causing it.

webkinz world. I have downloaded Adobe Flash 10. But still doesnt work. Same error coming up. I am now going to restart computer to see if that works. Thanks for all your advice so far.

I have downloaded Adobe Flash player 9. I have restarted the computer and still no luck with webkinzworld. I have checked that in the nav bar it says "aol=0" and "fs=1" as mentioned before but still no luck. I really want to get this working as my children are really excited about playing on this website but i keep on disappointing them. Any more advice is most appreciated.
