Default Unanswered: New pet issues

My husband and I went out and bought ourselves two new webkinz last night, one a piece. He adopted his just fine, but when I went to adopt mine, it said my number was already used. I tried it again and again, and still got the same response, then it started logging me out automatically. I decided to wait until today to try it again, and when I logged in, I find my new white terrier, Daisy, staring at me. Somehow she got registered. But it's like she didn't get registered fully. I go to look at her pet bio and adoption certificate and it says it can't be loaded at this time. Then I try to go back to the room to switch to Jewel (my unicorn) and it logs me out. Help!

There have been lots of problems with different things (including pet registration) since Ganz's last site maintenance on Thursday evening. I also bought new pets yesterday, but I'm waiting for all those ongoing problems to be fixed before I register them.

You should probably email Ganz about it at support@webkinz.com.

I wish I had waited. I bought several yesterday, one of the stores in town had the Webkinz for a buy one, get one free deal (sweet!)....although they were all adopted fine, I'm missing rooms.

I would wait now until all the glitches are fixed. Hopefully they GET fixed.

I had the same problem when I adopted my first pet, I called ganz (1-866-webkinz) and a very nice lady there helped me out. She said that even though you can see your pet the adoption didn't take and she had to reset my account. I lost everything I had but they may be able to just reset your one pet as you wouldn't want to lose your unicorn. Hope everything works out for you!

Well I did but I only had one pet and I didn't have anything, I would call Ganz monday morning and see what they say.

If you mean that you didn't get a new room with your adoption, is it your 11th pet? You don't get a room after 10 pets.

I don't think that's the reason she didn't get a room with her pets: it's because of the current glitch which prevents us from being able to buy new rooms, but does charge us for them. I would think that applies to room automatically created when registering the first 10 pets too. That's the reason I haven't yet registered my newly purchased pets

Thanks for all the help and information. I looked on the website again today and they said that they were having a lot of issues with people getting stuck in the adoption process, which is my case. They said they should get it fixed soon, but I emailed them anyway.
