I would clear your cache, like Dot Jr. said. This woul be good to do just so the computer could recognize this since it's part of a new update. If this doesn't work then just contact GANZ. They should be able to get you your items back. I would also check around you house in case you accidentally put them somewhere. Also, if anyone else knows your password, then ask them. If they do have them then change your password right away. Well I hope I could help and I hope you get your items back!
