Default Answered: New Acct. Won't Open

I just opened another acct. with the Portuguese water dog. The page opened in order to see the pet and add the gift box to the room. Well, I cannot open any games, wshop, activities, nothing at all. I cleared cache, restarted the computer several times and still all I see is a blue page and my dock. Anyone else have have this problem?? How do I contact Ganz directly. Thanks All!!!

I then opened my other acct. and have no problems!!!! ????

Sorry to hear you're having problems. Call Ganz 1-866-932-5469. They'll probably want to reset the code and you'll have to start over.

Morning,
Here is the customer service number: 1-866-932-5469, hrs: M to F 9-5 est.

They seem to be having a bit of a glitch with the Portuguese water dog because mine does not show up in the dock picture area.
Hope they can correct it for you.

Yes, this one does not show up in the dock area either. THANKS, I will give it a try now!!

OK...I called Ganz and they said it was a glitch with the waterdog not showing in the dock. As for why I cannot open most of the items including Kinz Chat Plus is because I AM AN AIR HEAD!!!!! When I saw the America's listed at the bottom of the set up screen, I clicked on "AMERICA" AND thus the acct. was registered. Well, little did I know that this means, "ISRAEL", hmm. is that spelled wrong? Therefore, I cannot access alot of features that that country does not allow???? I am having one bad week let me tell you.
Anyway, Ganz said that they will completely reset the acct. for tomorrow so I will have to register the CORRECT way...Keeping fingers crossed that tomorrow will be better.
