Just do some small jobs around the house. You could also pet-sit for one of our friends when they go on vacation. Trust me, I've done that before, and it's a really fun job! You get paid lots of money for something you enjoy doing.
I just got a Signature Dutch Bunny, and want to get her another Signature Webkinz to share a room with her. I need to get around $30 and I need ideas how to save up money. I already get allowance and if I behave I get $1, but I more ideas. I'm *edited, please do not reveal your age--missgnomie* so, not anything really complicated. If you have any ideas how I can make some money, post your ideas here.
Clean up a big/messy room. Things like Kitchens or Rec rooms are good, also doing yardwork like mowing the lawn/pulling out weeds.
-raking up dead grass after the lawn is mowed
-organizing messy common areas (i.e. the "junk drawer")
-offer to write/make other people's thank you cards (big at my house)
-take up the laundry baskets
-a lemonade stand (with parent's help possibly)
-ask for help to sell unused/unwanted toys, etc. online
These are great suggestions. I especially recommend the "common messy areas", places like the family room toys or bookcase.
Also, if you really are desperate to get the Webkinz now, and know you can do chores and stuff later, you can ask your parents if they will buy it for you and take an I.O.U, which basically is them paying for the Webkinz, and you promising to pay back the money in a certain amount of time. Make sure you are positive you will pay back though. Good luck!
This is the BEST idea EVER! So simple, too! Ok, say you are $10 short of a siggie webkinz. This is what you do!
Find a bottled soda sale at Walmart, Shop 'n' Save, Schnucks, etc. (Don't pay over $3 dollars for them!)
Spend your $20 (or $10 or $5) or around that on soda. (Sounds weird, but trust me! I do it all the time!) If you parents are really super nice, they may even buy your soda for you. Because this way you are really working for your $$$! So, I'd ask your parents first. =]
Make sure you get some water bottles, too!
Sell the soda for $1 each, possibly $1.50.
Make a sign that says " WOW!
for only $1! " Next, ask an adult to watch you. (You don't want to be kidnapped! ) This is the most important step!
You can go...
these are the top 5 places to go!
1. (Best place!) A library! Surprisingly, you'll rake in a ton of buyers!
2. A swimming pool!
3. A public park, or even the edge of your driveway (if no one can take you anywhere--possibly an older sibling can watch you.)
4. Outside a strip mall
5. Outside a mall/or outside of a theme park.
Trust me! This works like magic!
Beverages asked for most when I sold:
#1 Water! Actually, I sold the most water! Shocking!
#3 Diet Coke

I am really shy, so i only babysit when my friends do it with me. (i know...stupid) but i just stained my dad's wood deck and got $30. Something i see around my neighborhood all the time are signs that say "Pet sitting, call (#)" and many of my neighbors have said they use that service. Another really great thing (but honestly really gross) is gutter or yard lamp cleaning. A couple of teenagers came around doing that, which made them big bucks! good luck with your new signature pet!!!
I did that once with my neighbor!!! But she made us donate it to charity.
