I have tried everything and the bunny "Hopscotch" is STILL jumping!!!
(sorry I didn't let you know earlier).
I'm giving Ganz a call this morning. I'll keep you updated!

I've read through the thread and I didn't see this posted as something you had tried, but I apologize if I missed it.

Have you tried jumping rooms with the bunny as your pet?

Ok. Apparently I lied and didn't try "everything".
When I went to fill out the form, it says to try clicking on your pet and then clicking to another room. How simple. Too simple that I never even tried that before but when I did - of course, it worked!!!!
I don't know why that logic never occured to me before.
I think initally, my kids were all shouting "do this, do that" and then they have been off webkinz for lent and I have just been doing their dailies so I haven't been back to that room and kind of forgot about her.
Anyways, the simple, logical, don't panic and do this method, worked!
Who knew it could be this easy!
Thanks again for everyone's advice.
(resting comfortably after training on the trampoline for days!)
