Default Unanswered: need help printing adoption certificate

When printing adoption certificate does it come out right? My brother just got a new printer and the first one came out ok. then they started coming out only half or totally wrong colors. The question is why. Some people are telling him it is the website some people are saying its the printer. Opinions please.

I think it's the printers ink cartridge. In the beginning I printed mine out too, after a while they came out halfway. I was a little upset but my mom said it was because the ink cartridge was low. So maybe you should just buy a new cartridge and try it. Good Luck

Thanks. The ink should be fine as it is a new printer but anything is possible.

Try taking the cartridges out and realigning them.... they may not be correctly set, due to shipping.
