My main account has had POTM issues since October. So, I gave up on buying them. I decided to try it again in February with a different account. This time I didn't even GET the POTM box!
Since I've been unable to get a "live" person to talk to at Ganz after trying for 4 months, I'm beginning to think they don't exist!
I've called, I used customer support and have yet to "talk" to anyone at Ganz or get a response via email? Has anyone been in contact with anyone in Customer Support at Ganz within the last month? What number did you use? Also, am I the only one still having the POTM issues?
HELP! Any hints and tips would be greatly appreciated.
I had POTM trouble (loot box missing after being logged out) in Nov. & it took a month to get it resolved, but it was satisfactory!
Finally got an email back in early Dec. from Cust. Support with a service code # (phone ext.) & 866-932-5469.
If you don't get a response soon, let me know & you could try the service # I used. The lady was very nice & helpful & put all the POTM items in my dock!
