Hm, I have had some issues in my rom recently and I sent an email to ganz regarding it on sunday. They got back to me within 3 days and it was fixed I would recomend trying to do the same. You can also call them, however I wouldn't recomend it in your case until after you have emailed them .
I would also try restarting your computer, clearing your cookies and cache, and logging out
Here is how to contact Ganz and some information regarding it:
They are open from 9am to 5pm EST on weekdays only
There is another number, but I find this easier and more successful :
Ganz Direct Phone Number: 1-905-eight, five, one - six, six, six, one - When you hear the voice press 0 to be directed to an operator. Tell them that you would like to talk to someone about your Webkinz account. They will connect you to someone who will probably be able to help you. I haven't ever used this, but I know several people who have used it successfully
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org - This normally takes about 2 days until you get a response
