For 2 days we cannot go into the rooms. My daughter got a few new webkinzs for Easter and she was able to buy a room for them but then later and today we cannot go to the rooms or garden or anything. Please tell me if anyone else is having this problem.
nope, i'm not. i would try clearing your internet's cache & logging out & back in. you could also try calling ganz customer support - 1-866-932-5469 - or leaving a concern under their customer service page on webkinz.com. sorry for your trouble, i hope it gets fixed.
maybe you could go on webkinz.com and under the costermer sceirvace fill out a stuck in room form for the pet stuck ? is your pet even moving in the room at all sorry i hope it gets fixed this has not happened to me it has to be a glitch pm me when you get it fixed hope i helped sorry . . .
You might want to call Ganz if your still unable to go in your room by tomarrow. I had this problem last Friday, but it went away after I cleared my Internet's cache. You should try logging out, or clearing your cache. Its probally just another glitch.
I'm sure Ganz will be sure to fix it once they realize the problem or after you contact them.
You may want to try selecting a different pet before you go into your WW house. If you can access your WW house using a different pet, then the pet you are using is "stuck." This happened to my DD. We ended up figuring out which pet was stuck and then filling out the "something's stuck" form on WW in Customer Service. By the next business day they had it fixed! Now, almost all of the items were removed from the room, but it was fixed! What had happened in DD's case was she had put her pet to bed in the tent, but then surrounded the tent with flowers, etc, so the pet couldn't ever "wake up." Don't know if that is the case with your pet, but I hope you get it figured out soon!
