Hi!!! This is my first post so please go easy on me! I have been on the website & reading the forums for weeks but I have been a little newvous about posting as I have seen a few reponses to new posters. I am so sorry that happened but a little relieved it is not just me. I had registered my daughter's cow on Friday only to get kicked off & not be able to log in (that oops we can't connect message....) My daughter was upset as that was the one she had really wanted & was waiting for. I had a beagle that my friend gave her (was saving it for a special occasion. I was able to get into the adoption site & she tried to play with the beagle only to see the same gliding motion. She has a "nap room." The cow was already in there (no adotopn gist or anything), and she stuck the beagle in there. Then she tried to click on her cow and it kicked her off & wouldn't let her back on. She was so upset I took out a lion I had been saving for Christmas (oh well, one can not have too many Webkinz right!) , adopted it, gift and lion were fine. She now has a beagle that glides, and a cow she can't play with or it will kick her off & not let her back on the site. I e-mailed support only to receive an automatic reponse that they were receiving an unusually high number of e-mails and that it would take 7-10 business days to hear from someone. Oh and request not to e-mail them back. I then called Ganz (10 min. after office hrs, darnit!!!) and got a message saying that they had an unusually high number of calls regarding a problem with pet codes, to leave a message and it would be replied to in the order it was received. They also requested that people not call and leave multiple messages. Buster and MooMoo remain quietly in the nap room waiting for Ganz to respond.........................
I'm really sorry to hear about this!! Ganz really needs to fix these glitches they are upsetting paying customers!! I hope the glitch gets fixed and I'm sorry that there is nothing I can do to help you.
Yes, my beagle seems to be "rollerskating" too. A few days ago, all of my dogs (Black Lab, Chocolate Lab, Bulldog, Beagle) were doing it. The problem with the rest of them was fixed the same day. Hopefully this is a signal that Ganz is working on the problem. For now, poor Reeses has to stand up in bed.
This has been happening to my pets since last week. It looks like the Webkinz have invisible wheels under their feet or something?
I sent a note via Webkinz "contact us" link. So far, nothing has happened to change this. I've had floating furniture for 2 months in my rooms & I've contacted Webkinz support, but nothing has happened.
