My pets will not move
 
I just came out of trading rooms and wanted to check out my loot. None of my pets will enter a room. If others are in there, they just flip. Yes, my cache is clear, log in log out. ???
Please tell me someone else is having this problem. I want to play with my new stuff.

Did you try logging in and out? I wasn't really sure if you did. If you did and that didn't help, exit your browser and try again. :)

You stated that you had cleared the cache and log in and out, you might try a re-boot or better still turn off the computer and let it sit for at least 10 minutes to let every thing come to a rest then log back on and try again.

Are you in edit mode? You should see a hammer and the word "EDIT" if you are in walk mode. That could be the problem. Other wise, try restarting your browser/use a diff browser, or better yet restart the computer.

Yep, try to log off than back in. That should work for you. Actually, it will work. It's happened to me and my family member and we logged off than back on and it was fixed. Hope you can get it fixed! (^_^)

First try logging out then back in. Is it because you have to many pets in one room? That happened to me once. Play on a pet that's already in the room and move them out. If that doesn't work (after you've logged out and back in) I would contact Ganz. I hope it gets fixed soon!
