Click on 'My pet is stuck in My room'
Fill out all the information and in a couple of days, everything should be back to normal.

it happens if you don't move them in a while, i had four of mine stuck , just keep switching pets and try to get it to walk but only one space ahead.

I have had a stuck pet before, too. This is what I did: I chose a different pet (by clicking on the + sign below my pet's picture). After that pet loaded, I logged out, then logged back in and chose the pet that was stuck. My stuck pet worked finally! You might want to try to clear out your cache and cookies before you log in again and see if that helps, too. You may want to give that a try, though, before you contact Ganz.

Oh, also, try moving all of the furniture around your pet's bed away from the bed that it is sleeping in and see if that helps, too.
